Shipping policy

Hey! Here's what you need to know about getting your Alpha's Echo order.

Production Time

Standard production time is 2–7 business days before your order ships.

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, etc.), production may take 10–14 business days. Since every item is made just for you, nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to ship.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Under normal conditions, you can expect your order to arrive within 4–12 business days from the date you place it. During peak seasons, delivery may take a little longer.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available at this time.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $75. The discount is applied automatically at checkout before taxes and after discounts.

Secure Checkout

Your payment information is protected through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.

Delays

Shipping times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Production delays, carrier issues, and severe weather can occasionally affect delivery times.
